The Rooftop

Upstairs and open to the sky, the Rooftop is Pueblo’s liveliest setting. The Rooftop can seat up to 78 for a seated dinner, or up to 130 for standing receptions and tray passed apps.
The Mezcal Room
14 Seated
The most intimate space at Pueblo, the Mezcal Room is tucked away from the bustle. One long table seats up to 14 comfortably. Perfect for close company and celebrations that run late.
Main Dining Room & Courtyard

The main dining room includes the primary bar and seats up to 86 guests, with additional seating in the attached Mezcal Room. The open-air courtyard provides seating for another 28 guests.
